As the Broker of Bob Dubke Realty in Rochester, Bob specializes in the investment and sale of commercial real estate. He uses his extensive engineering background to achieve results for his customers. This includes gathering the client's requirements first, analyzing the options, and measuring the execution and its results.

Prior to joining Edina Realty, Bob owned his own software and consulting business, was a product development engineer with the IBM Corporation, and was also a teacher in Minnesota and Hawaii. He grew up in North Mankato, Minnesota, graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with degrees in mathematics and physics and from the University of Colorado with a degree in electrical engineering.

Bob is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Minnesota, and a current member in the following organizations:
